The College is affiliated to Glasgow Caledonian University in the U.K, all programmes of CCE have been structured to conform with the Oman Qualification Framework, the Scottish Credit and Qualification Framework and GCU. This had ensured that all programmes are appropriately recognised by the MoHE in Oman, GCU and the Quality Assurance Agency UK.
As the College developed into new areas not covered by GCU, an additional affiliation was formed with VIT University, India in the areas of Chemical and Process Engineering. These awards are granted by VIT University and operate under the College Quality Management System, interfacing with that at VIT University (VITU).
