An event looked by most students is the sports and fun day where not only students from CCE but also othet colleges and institute take part. In addition to the conventional games and sports,other fun games have also added color and variety to this event which usually ends with an entertaining musical show.

Student International Night

A lot of hidden talent comes out of this occasion.Students present various skits,entertainments,songs,traditional dances and fashion shows depicting the various nationalities and cultures of our multi-national student community.

College Day

The college day is an official function held towards the end of the academic year.In this function awards will be presented to the students with remarkable performance in academic and extra curricular areas. The event is also used to present awards to the winners of the various sports events held during the academic year as well as for academic achievements.

College Magazine

The college brings out an annual magazine with the magor contribution from the students.The general topics which we include range from scientific articles to sports section,Art section,photographic section,Light-hearted section,Off campus news,educational opportunities,Glasgow Caledonian News erc. There is a separate Arabic section too.The staff advisory commitee will review all the articles,prior to publishing.

Inter-Collegiate Events

The college plans inter-collegiate events in the areas of sports and cultural activities so as to enable students to match with the talents and skills of the student community in the other institutions.

Student Exchange Programmers

The college plans stunent Exchange programmes within and outside the country to maximise the student exposure in various sphers of activity.Organised student exchanges are arranged between institutions in the relevent areas and also with partner university.

Sport Facilities

The College has a five-a-side foot ball field,facilities for basketball,vollyball,cricket,table tennis and badminton. Teams representing the college at the sports regularly participate in matches and tournaments organised by the various sports bodies in Oman. The college also conducts regular inter-department tournaments in soccer,vollyball and table tennis where keen competition is shown by the students.

The Gym Room

The college has established a gymnasium for the students.It is currently being upgraded to provide variety of cardiovascular and body strengthening exercises.
